It all started when Founder, Kayla Oddi, jumped into the event world in 2012 by volunteering at festivals, getting a firsthand look at what makes events truly special - bringing people together to share moments and build connections. That curiosity then led to work in corporate events, destination management, and conferences, always exploring new ways to make an impact. In early 2024, that passion became Round 12 - which was proudly built on collaboration, creativity, and an ever-present hunger to push the boundaries of what an event can be.
